A leading food industry company established in the UAE, located in the Khalifa Industrial Zone, specializing in the production of food and beverage. The company operates on a 40,000+ square meter site with a building area of 18,000 square meters. It utilizes fully automated production lines, maintaining a strong commitment to integrity and excellence. The company's mission is to supply the market with high-quality, healthy, safe, and reliable food products.

Your new role

1. Production Planning Management: Create production plans, oversee production activities, and ensure quality and efficiency throughout the production process.
2. Production Technology Management: Implement and optimize production processes, while developing new product formulations.
3. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper operation of production equipment and coordinate solutions for any equipment malfunctions.
4. Quality Control and Compliance Management: Develop and enhance quality management systems, oversee product quality testing and control, and ensure adherence to industry and company standards.
5. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage teams to improve professional competence and performance.

What you'll need to succeed

1. More than ten years of experience in the dairy industry, with at least five years in a senior management role.
2. Familiarity with the food and beverage industry, with in-depth knowledge of product development, production, equipment, and quality control.
3. Physically fit to meet the requirements of food processing and production.
