Job Opening: Specialist Sales Executive

We are hiring a Specialist Sales Executive for Wooden Pallets - Cable Drums - Boxes. The role involves meeting or exceeding sales volume targets by developing new accounts and growing existing business.

The compensation package includes a salary with commission, an annual bonus based on sales volume, and benefits such as a company car (for business use), phone, and laptop.

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Establish key objectives to focus on driving core and new business opportunities with current and potential customers in the Pallets Sales market.
  • Generate new customers, retain, and grow existing accounts by working closely with clients as a “Pallets Manufacturer,” understanding and accommodating their needs.
  • Interface effectively with large national, regional, and local accounts.
  • Develop and maintain account relationships, negotiate, and close deals independently.
  • Handle customer communication, including complaints.
  • Prepare and administer quotations for customers and vendors, progressing towards independence in this task.
  • Set and monitor sales objectives and action plans using various reports to identify trends and implement strategies.
  • Participate in online bidding processes for pallets and engage in seasonal sales activities, such as calling on nurseries and landscape companies.
  • Maintain daily logs of account activities and utilize sales reports to anticipate customer needs.

You will be supported by an in-house Sales Services team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in UAE, including retail, supply chain, manufacturing, or B2B sales.
  • Strong accountability, communication skills (written and oral), and attentiveness to customer needs.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, work well under pressure, and deliver results.
  • Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and effective time management.
