Qualifications

• PhD required with a track record of scholarly activity in education.
• Experience teaching postgraduate students and supervising projects.
• Credible teaching and programme development in the UAE context.
• Evidence of external engagement and industry links.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and supervision on the MA Education Leadership in Practice programme.
• Review and update course content, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Apply innovative teaching methods and provide academic support to students.
• Contribute to curriculum design, assessment, and documentation.
• Undertake scholarly activity and supervise postgraduate research.
• Lead external engagement and knowledge transfer activities.
