Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Provide first-line support to users and manage helpdesk requests.
• Administer and support Learning Management Systems and digital tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist in procurement processes.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with policies.
