Job summary

A technology recruitment agency is seeking a Channel Sales Director to oversee all channel sales and marketing operations. Responsibilities include creating strategic plans for the Channel Department, developing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of Channel partners. Ideal candidates should have experience in sales strategies and marketing within the Ed-tech SaaS sector, as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create yearly strategic plan for the Channel Department including all recruited channel partners with clear goals and objectives.
  • Set short- and long-term channel sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current programs.
  • Direct and oversee channel sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline of Channel partners in the territories identified for expansion.
  • Work with other departments to ensure the solutions market fit in the target territories.
  • Develop and execute various marketing campaigns and conduct post-program ROI analysis.
  • Develop co-marketing business plans resulting in YoY growth with existing channel partners.
  • Lead channel budget allocations for all channels assessing anticipated ROI of investments.
  • Develop sales process, CRM processes and business rules for all distribution and channel partner sales.
  • Lead sales initiatives for identified territories.
