Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Work on and develop an assigned territory to achieve sales objectives and targets through traditional trade customers.

Principal Accountabilities

  1. Sell snack products to meet volume and value targets.
  2. Follow the steps of the call and build good relationships with customers by providing timely and excellent service.
  3. Follow the journey plan, service all customers, and perform merchandising using the FIFO method to avoid or reduce expiry and damages in outlets.
  4. Retain existing customers and identify new outlets to expand the customer base.
  5. Follow daily procedures and administrative steps to ensure smooth sales operations.
  6. Provide feedback about territory customers, competitive activity, and product performance to aid marketing plan development.
  7. Follow up on invoices and statements to ensure timely payments from customers.
  8. Take responsibility for company assets (vehicle, HHT, printer, racks, etc.) to prevent damages.
  9. Develop outlets and place racks in prime locations, selling the full range of products by implementing the Plano gram.
  10. Operate efficiently.
  11. Respect peers, be a team player, and promote a succeed-together attitude.
Qualifications

Customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, and analytical skills.
