We are seeking to recruit anE-Commerce Manager, based inDubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the e-commerce function within alarge-scale organization, with a focus on driving growth, enhancing customer experience, and achieving business performance objectives.

Purpose of the role is to establish and sustain undisputed market leadership for the e-commerce business in the UAE by driving growth and achieving financial targets in line with business objectives, while ensuring a seamless, efficient, and delightful customer experience across all stages of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadershipto the e-commerce websites, ensuring the achievement of all business KPIs related to sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experienceby ensuring the online purchase journey is smooth, intuitive, quick, and reliable.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trendsto identify key purchase drivers, quantify untapped market potential, and capitalize on “white space” opportunities to increase online conversions.
  • Ensure optimal website performance— visually appealing, user-friendly, fast-loading, and secure for all users.
  • Enhance online visibilityand traffic by leveraging SEO best practices and digital optimization tools.
  • Leverage data and analyticsto develop insightful reports that monitor key business, performance, and website metrics.
  • Interpret MIS and analytics reportsto identify growth opportunities and areas for operational and customer experience improvement.
  • Drive operational efficiencythrough effective inventory management and replenishment processes.
  • Foster customer engagementby developing and maintaining an active online community through promotions, loyalty programs, and reward initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of proven successin managing an e-commerce platform for a large-scale organization, preferably within theFood & Beverage,FMCG, orWine & Spiritsindustry.
  • Bachelor’s degreeinMarketing,Data Science,Business, or a relatedcommercial discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability todrive growth, optimize digital performance,and deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Relevant UAE market experienceis essential, and thecandidate must be currently based in the UAE.
