  • Execute homepage and onsite content updates aligned to trading moments, launches, and campaigns. Optimise product pages including imagery, content, reviews, cross‑sell/upsell modules, and promotional messaging.
  • Manage product setup, organisation, and lifecycle across Shopify: ensure accuracy and consistency of product data, pricing, SKUs, and attributes in line with ERP and backend systems; coordinate product launches end‑to‑end, including product readiness, stock availability, content requests, and launch sequencing across markets; manage promotional mechanics (discounts, GWPs, PWPs, bundles, regional offers).
  • Analyse product performance across categories, collections, and regions; monitor KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, sell‑through, attachment rate, product contribution to revenue); identify trading opportunities and underperformance; deliver actionable insights to Ecommerce, Marketing, and Merchandising teams; own weekly and monthly product and onsite performance reporting.
  • Monitor stock levels to mitigate out‑of‑stock risks; partner with Supply Chain & Planning teams for replenishment & allocation; support seasonal and promotional trading strategies through data‑led merchandising decisions.
  • Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Content teams to align onsite merchandising with campaign calendars; partner with CRM for email, onsite personalisation, and product‑led messaging; coordinate with Ecommerce agency / GTM team on merchandising calendars and execution; communicate site updates, launches, and trading priorities clearly across teams.
  • Produce regular reporting on best sellers, product performance vs targets, onsite conversion, and merchandising impact; analyse site traffic, conversion, and engagement metrics; monitor GA4 & onsite analytics; support forecasting and topline planning with product‑level insight.
