Responsible for online marketing spend, execution, and optimization of online marketing budgets and campaigns, whether paid or unpaid, through online or offline channels. This role oversees web advertising technologies and the overall web advertising information architecture.
Experience and Profile Requirements:
- 5-10 years in eCommerce management and digital marketing, focusing on customer and lead acquisition across retail verticals.
- At least 5 years managing ecommerce website acquisition with direct acquisition budget responsibilities.
- Ideal candidates come from an online hyper-growth business based in digitally mature local markets.
- Deep knowledge of digital advertising tools and the advertising technology landscape, including digital media buying platforms, ad servers, ad networks, mobile advertising solutions, and social advertising tools.
- Proficiency in PPC and other SEA forms, including real-time bidding, keyword generation, SEO, social marketing (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook), re-targeting, display advertising, and digital PR. Good understanding of offline advertising channels such as print, TV, or radio.
- Professional profile: Data-driven, with a strong commercial ethos and a trader's mentality.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or an eCommerce-related subject.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an eCommerce environment, preferably in fashion & accessories retail.
- Familiarity with digital best practices in web implementation.
- Experience in improving website conversion, including managing advanced interactive technologies, is an advantage.
