Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC roles specifically focused on waterproofing projects.
• Certifications in waterproofing or quality assurance (e.g., ICRI, ACI, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects, particularly in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of waterproofing materials, techniques, and performance testing methods.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications related to waterproofing.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus, especially in multilingual project environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
