Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate site activities related to civil works and interior fit-outs
2. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
3. Manage site labor, subcontractors, and material deliveries
4. Report daily progress, issues, and work status to the site engineer or project manager
5. Enforce safety measures and site cleanliness at all times
6. Assist in resolving on-site technical and execution issues

Requirements:

1. Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field
2. Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in civil and interior fit-out projects
3. Strong understanding of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination in fit-out works
4. Ability to read technical drawings and manage multi-trade activities
5. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
6. Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and site documentation procedures
7. Experience in the Joinery & Fit-Out industry with 10+ years in the UAE or GCC
