Summary

• The Pre-Sales consultant collaborates with regional Sales teams as a technical expert on data protection projects involving partners and customers.
• Focus on our Encryption Key Management and Data Protection portfolio, including Cipher Trust Manager, High-Speed Encryption, and HSMs.

Job Profile

• Work closely with Sales to address partner and customer needs.
• Gain familiarity with our products and acquire necessary knowledge for daily tasks.
• Engage with prospects to understand their use-cases, environment, and data flows.
• Participate actively in Proof-of-Concept phases.
• Assist with configuration or customization to meet client requirements.
• Interface with numerous third-party applications, APIs, and solutions, requiring adaptability and continuous learning.
• This role requires both soft skills and technical expertise, suited for someone eager to learn and interested in technology.
• Travel within the Middle East, primarily within Egypt and UAE, approximately 50% of the time, with variation.

Work Experience

• 8+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales role in Information Security or related fields, with experience presenting to management and technical teams.
• Hands-on problem-solving, architecture design, and solution design skills.
• Experience with crypto, data protection, and cloud security solutions, including encryption and cryptography.
• Knowledge of public and private cloud services (Azure, AWS, etc.).
• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in cryptography, PKI, digital signatures, certificates, TLS, APIs (PKCS #11, REST, etc.).
• Experience with data discovery, classification, and encryption solutions for databases, file servers, and big data.
• Experience with data in motion solutions for WAN and SDN networks.
• Scripting and software development skills on Windows and Linux.
• Awareness of virtualization and cloud services like VMWare, HyperV, AWS, Azure, Docker, etc.
