What you'll do:

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support Technician to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure across multiple retail store and warehouse locations.

This role requires a self-starter with strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to minimizing downtime.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing IT assets, and maintaining the IT operations of our warehouse facilities.

A valid UAE driving license is essential for this position.

  • Provide hands-on technical support for end-users across all locations, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory, including user account creation, modification, and deletion, group policy management, and security administration.
  • Administer and troubleshoot mobile devices and applications using Intune and other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco Meraki network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to systems (desktops, laptops, servers), printers, and handheld devices (PDAs).
  • Utilize ITSM tools such as Jira and Snipe-IT to manage support tickets, track IT assets, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of all IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals.
  • Manage and oversee the IT operations of our warehouse facilities, ensuring reliable connectivity and functionality of all IT systems.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential IT issues to ensure minimal downtime across all locations.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and IT procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members and vendors as needed.
  • Adhere to company IT policies and security standards.

What you'll need:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and supporting devices using Intune and other MDM platforms.
  • Practical experience with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Cisco Meraki network infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues, including systems (Windows and macOS), printers, and PDA devices.
  • Familiarity with and practical experience using ITSM tools like Jira and Snipe-IT.
  • Strong understanding of IT inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Experience managing IT operations within a warehouse or similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
