Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across multiple online stores. This role involves coordination with third-party partners and a focus on inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Multi-Store Management: Oversee operations of multiple online stores on platforms such as Talabat, Careem, Noon, etc.
  2. Third Party Coordination: Collaborate with logistics providers, fulfillment centers, and vendors to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and returns.
  3. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, maintain accurate inventory data, and ensure par stock levels are sustained.
  4. Replenishment Planning: Forecast demand and coordinate restocking with suppliers and warehouses to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
  5. Listing & Catalog Management: Ensure product listings are accurate, updated, and optimized for each marketplace.
  6. Order Fulfillment Oversight: Oversee timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
  7. Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on sales, inventory turnover, stock coverage, and KPIs.
  8. Operational Compliance: Ensure adherence to marketplace policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
  9. Process Optimization: Identify and implement automation and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce platforms.
  3. Proven experience managing multiple stores across platforms.
  4. Strong inventory management skills, including par stock planning and replenishment.
  5. Proficient in marketplace dashboards, inventory systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  6. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  7. Ability to multitask and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience working with marketplace platforms.
  2. Knowledge of demand planning and forecasting.
  3. Familiarity with e-commerce automation tools.
  4. Background in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
