Job summary

Taaleem is seeking an experienced teacher to embody its ethos of excellence, innovation, creativity and compassion. You will plan engaging lessons, use ICT to enhance learning and differentiate to meet individual student needs, while inspiring a love of lifelong learning.

You will assess progress, provide feedback, maintain confidentiality with parents and colleagues, and contribute to school improvement and after-school activities, in alignment with Taaleem Professional Teachers’ Standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in education or a relevant degree with a recognised teaching qualification/license.
• Experience in recognised school/international school environments preferred.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of UAE context and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare well-structured lessons considering individual learning needs.
• Teach effectively and maintain high standards of pupil progress and behaviour.
• Assess, record and report on student development and attainment.
• Communicate with parents and maintain professional confidentiality.
• Contribute to department activities and after-school programs.
