Job summary

Edvectus is seeking an Early Years teacher for an Abu Dhabi position starting in 2026. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or B.Ed. with a recognised teaching qualification and ideally two years of full-time teaching within the British National Curriculum.

Offer includes tax-free AED 11,000–13,100 per month, accommodation, medical, annual flights and end-of-service gratuity. UAE visa and licensing required; strong intercultural skills encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject or a B.Ed.
• Recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE, PGDE or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of recent, full-time teaching experience is preferred; strong ECT candidates considered
• Experience teaching the British National Curriculum is preferred
• Passion for delivering engaging, student-centred lessons that promote high levels of achievement
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive learning environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school initiatives
• Ability to work effectively within a diverse, multicultural international school community
• Applicants must meet UAE employment visa and teacher licensing requirements
