Our client, a fast-growing and innovative organization based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin and Events Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is open exclusively to Emirati who are passionate about administrative excellence and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and department heads. • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events, ensuring all logistics and documentation are in place. • Maintain and update records, schedules, and databases. • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations. • Handle correspondence, meeting minutes, and other clerical tasks as required. • Ensure all office and event processes adhere to company standards and protocols.
