Digital Manager / Senior Digital Manager

Role Summary

We are hiring ahands-on Digital Manager or Senior Digital Managerto lead and execute digital campaigns, e-commerce growth, and performance marketing for a portfolio of consumer brands.

This is not a pure oversight role — you’ll be expected toexecute campaigns directly, manage marketplace storefronts, launch paid media, and drive measurable growth across digital channels. Fluency inArabic and Englishis essential, as you will work across regional markets and bilingual platforms. Also, proven experience in luxury retail or the perfume industry is strongly preferred. You should also be comfortable leading and collaborating with external agencies, tech partners, or creative teams when needed to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns & Paid Media

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns acrossMeta, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Drive performance KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS), adjust budgets, and conduct real-time optimization
  • Create and test ad creatives in collaboration with designers and content teams

E-Commerce & Marketplaces

  • Manage e-commerce platform operations (e.g.,Shopify): product listings, pricing updates, banners, UX updates.
  • Take ownership ofAmazon and regional marketplace stores(e.g., Noon): ensure optimized listings, promotions, reviews, and sales tracking
  • Monitor and improve site conversion , cart abandonment, and user experience

SEO, SEM & Analytics

  • ExecuteSEO improvements(on-page, keyword optimization, metadata, internal linking)
  • RunSEM campaignsand monitor search performance and quality score
  • Report on digital performance using platforms with clear takeaways and next steps

CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Build and sendemail and WhatsApp campaignsaligned with product launches and sales cycles
  • Segment audiences, retarget users, and track CRM performance across touchpoints
  • Align lifecycle messaging with business and campaign goals

Content & Coordination

  • Brief designers or create basic assets when needed for campaigns
  • Ensure visual and message consistency across digital, e-commerce, and social
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align content with promotions and launches

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 yearsof hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance campaigns
  • Fluent inArabic and English— verbal and written
  • Proficient in tools likeShopify, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, andAmazon Seller/Vendor Central
  • Strong grasp ofSEO/SEM, CRM tools (email & WhatsApp), and analytics/reporting
  • Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Confident presenting insights and performance updates to leadership
