Job description

Service Operations Department is looking for a Field Service Engineer to be located in Dubai, UAE. This is an interesting and challenging opportunity to be part of a dynamic, motivated & competent team and presents growth opportunities in one of the most interesting markets.

The position will be responsible for the Preventive maintenance, repair, fault diagnosis and on-site servicing of Alfa Laval equipment’s, namely decanters, separators and plate heat exchangers.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

Your primary tasks will be :

• Commissioning, Service, Audit and troubleshooting of High-Speed Separators & Decanters used in Energy, Food & water Industry.
• On- Site performance audit and re-conditioning of Plate Heat Exchangers
• Training customer crew on operation & maintenance of Alfa Laval equipment
• Troubleshooting of Electrical / PLC controls associated with Alfa Laval equipment.
• Executing Field Service jobs through remote guidance
• Conducting equipment assessment at customer sites and creating leads
• Supporting Sales functions in technical solutions and participate in technical forums
• Safety Conscious “Think - Act - Behave Attitude”

Who you are

• Emirati Nationality : This position is exclusively for Emirati citizens.
• We are looking for a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer who has working experience or thorough knowledge of Rotating equipment and Heat exchangers.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
• Sound knowledge in Electrical, PLC and Controls is a plus
• UAE Driving License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
