Job description

Our client, a rapidly expanding enterprise software company, is looking to hire a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager(IC) to drive growth across the public sector and oil & gas verticals in the UAE. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role that involves managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Government and Oil & Gas sectors
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue and performance targets
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with the organization’s growth plans
  • Build deep relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations
  • Collaborate with partners and system integrators to close complex deals
  • Stay informed on industry trends, procurement cycles, and competitive positioning
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
  • MBA or equivalent from a recognised institution is preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software licenses sales
  • Proven track record of closing large, value-based deals in the public sector and oil & gas verticals
  • Strong understanding of the UAE government ecosystem and procurement processes
  • Experience working with SIs/channel partners on major projects
