Urgent Requirement: Technical Pre-Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Technical Pre-Sales Engineer for our clients in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical solutions to new & existing customers for our education products.
• Develop high-level architecture and hardware sizing for proposed solutions.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Design solutions aligned with customer requirements using our existing products and reusable components.
• Create and deliver technical presentations, demos, and professional presales materials.
• Engage with vendors, attend technical forums, and stay updated on the latest technologies.
• Support sales teams in presenting solutions and analyzing business problems for optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with partners for integrated offerings and provide end-to-end technical proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Cloud Architecture certification is a plus.

Experience

• Over 5 years of overall experience.
• At least 3 years of presales experience.

Technical Skills

• Presentation, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies.
