Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Operations Manager in Dubai. The Operations Manager will take charge of daily operations, effectively manage supply chain and logistics, and coordinate seamlessly with the sales team, which includes sales executives, back-office sales coordinators, billing personnel, and logistics staff. Your primary objective is to ensure operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include budgeting, maintaining optimal inventory levels, enforcing credit control, and conducting thorough risk analysis. You will lead a team of operations staff, driving them to meet and exceed productivity goals.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics
  • Experience in budgeting and inventory control
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to oversee daily operations and ensure operational efficiency
  • Relevant experience in the packaging or industrial materials sector is a plus

  • CRM Management, ERP Experience are required and a must
