Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team, specializing in interior design execution, false ceiling, and partitions installation works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to interior fit-out and partition projects from initial estimates through to final accounts, ensuring value for money and project completion within budget.

• Prepare accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents based on drawings and specifications.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost plans and budgets.
• Track and manage all project costs to ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to monitor progress and verify work completion for billing.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare and submit interim payment applications, final accounts, and variation orders

Desired Candidate Profile

• Monitor changes to design/work scope and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and site supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and industry regulations.
• Provide detailed project reports, including cash flow projections and cost summaries.
