The Business Development Manager Loan is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing clients for retail and commercial loan products. This role focuses on expanding the bank or financial institution's loan portfolio by building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored lending solutions. The position demands a strategic approach to lead generation, market penetration, and performance tracking to ensure sustained growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers for personal, auto, home, and business loan products.

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the loan portfolio.

Build strong client relationships and maintain a pipeline of prospective borrowers.

Conduct needs analysis and present appropriate loan solutions.

Liaise with underwriting and credit teams to ensure smooth application processing.

Track loan performance, customer feedback, and competitor offerings.

Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and financial seminars.
