POSITION SUMMARY

The Villa Butler plays a crucial role within a team of professionals dedicated to delivering personalized service that not only exceeds guest expectations but also distinguishes our hotel/resort in the UAE. This position involves providing detailed, seamless, and personalized service to guests, taking care of their needs from pre-arrival to departure without intrusion. The Villa Butler is seen as the owner of each guest's needs and requests, demonstrating impeccable standards and attention to detail. They must ensure the presentation of villas, outdoor areas, and facilities is of the highest quality, reflecting the heritage and legacy of Bulgari. Our staff's appearance, behavior, and communication should consistently embody the Bulgari brand's unique personality.

The role also includes adhering to company policies, reporting safety concerns, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting team efforts. Responsibilities involve welcoming guests, anticipating needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and maintaining professional communication. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
