Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow both Retail channels and Food Service segments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the F&B industry, and the ability to build and scale partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for retail (grocery, pharmacy) and food service channels.
  • Drive expansion into new markets and territories within the HORECA sector.
  • Identify and secure key retail and food service accounts, negotiating terms and building long-term relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and product development to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop performance reports and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the food & beverage industry, preferably with exposure to both retail and food service sectors.
  • Strong network and understanding of the regional retail and HORECA landscape.
  • Fluent in Arabic (required), proficiency in French is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
