An established industry player is seeking a Structural / Civil Inspector to ensure compliance with contract documents and oversee the quality of construction projects. This role involves daily coordination with teams, site inspections, and documentation of contractor activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various building types, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety. The Structural / Civil Inspector will ensure that contractors comply with contract documents, coordinate daily with other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed, process incoming Inspection Requests and technical submittals, and perform necessary actions.
Experience in structural-related projects, with a minimum of 7 years overall experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE, preferably in construction supervision with a consultancy.
Qualification: A Diploma in Engineering is required for the Inspector position; a related Degree is preferred for advancement to Engineer level.
