We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivables Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivables, including processing payments, preparing invoices, and following up with clients on outstanding balances.

Responsibilities

  • Process payments and post receipts to customer accounts
  • Prepare and send out invoices to clients
  • Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve any discrepancies
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
