Job description

The Technical Sales Executive will drive sales of AMERICAN HVAC products (Like refrigerant gases, UV dye, Sealants, Air Purifiers, gas cylinders, and related mechanical & electrical equipment) by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market (commercial, residential, or industrial).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers, and end-users.
  • Conduct site visits, needs assessments, and product presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and technical documentation.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, service, and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and market segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and specifications is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not necessary.
