Job Title: Global Markets Sales Manager - Corporate & Government Clients (Abu Dhabi)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Originate and distribute Global Markets (GM) products to Corporate and Government clients within FAB's Investment Banking Group.
  2. Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets across multi-asset class solutions.
  3. Deepen client relationships by offering customized GM solutions and thought leadership.
  4. Ensure compliance with internal regulatory frameworks and sales guidelines.
  5. Promote cross-sell opportunities across FX, MM, Credit, Equities, Commodities, Derivatives, and Islamic Products.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client service delivery.
  7. Represent FAB professionally in the market as a brand ambassador.
Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, or related field.

Experience: 10-15 years in Financial Markets with a focus on Corporate Sales; strong knowledge of GM product suites including FX, credit, derivatives; experience in pricing models, risk valuation, RAROC, XVA.

Skills: Excellent client service and relationship-building skills; strong communication skills; understanding of compliance, risk, and legal aspects; fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages are a plus.
