Network Support Specialist - 3 Months Contract

The Senior Field Engineer works within the field engineering team and is responsible for providing technical support to our customers both onsite and remotely. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting, implementing changes, and supporting solutions for our clients.

The Network Support Specialist is responsible for resolving customer-reported defects via remote access, including:

1. Coordinating hardware replacements.
2. Implementing changes on customer networks.
3. Opening and collaborating with manufacturer TAC.
4. Updating the Ticketing System with case history.
5. Ensuring SLA targets are met.
6. Maintaining a positive attitude and being flexible to travel.
7. Being motivated and capable of operating autonomously.
8. Having good interpersonal skills.

Language Requirements:

• English - Fluent / Excellent
• Arabic - Fluent / Excellent

Additional Requirements

• Own a car (any type)
• Have a valid driving license

Job Skills

• Language: English (mandatory), Verbal Arabic is an advantage

Experience:

• At least five years’ experience with Cisco (Routing & Switching)
