Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) QA/QC Inspector in the UAE to support major Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will ensure installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning meet project specs, drawings, client requirements, and international standards.

You will lead QA/QC activities, prepare checklists, and manage NCRs/CAPA, while coordinating with construction teams, client representatives, PMC, and third-party inspectors to

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of QA/QC processes, QCPs and ITPs.
• Ability to interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and vendor docs.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM environments with a focus on QA/QC in oil and gas.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control Planning & Preparation per project specs, IFC drawings, and ITPs.
• Verify installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Inspect electrical and instrumentation installations, cabling, terminations, and equipment.
• Manage NCRs, CAPA, and quality records with construction and QA/QC teams.
• Coordinate inspections with construction teams, client reps, PMC, and third-party inspectors.
• Ensure inspections comply with PTW, LOTO, and site HSE procedures.
• Prepare inspection reports, test records, and quality documentation for MC/RFC/final turnover.
