Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation QC Engineer to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements. The role involves inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation work, documentation of E&I activities, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Instrumentation with 2 to 5 years of QA/QC experience in related industries. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in QA/QC in E&I construction (Water industries, Oil & Gas / Power / Petrochemical / Industrial projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of E&I installation standards, testing, and commissioning procedures.
• Certification preferred: relevant QC/E&I certifications.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection of electrical and instrumentation installations as per approved drawings and standards.
• Prepare and maintain inspection test reports (ITRs) and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Ensure all works comply with relevant international codes and standards.
• Support construction and commissioning teams in resolving quality-related issues.
