Job summary

Client of Dynamic Staffing Solutions seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate daily activities, allocate work per maintenance plans, and ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems in line with approved drawings and procedures.

The role requires leadership in troubleshooting, calibration of field instruments, and coordination with Operations, Mechanical, Production, QA,

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians and helpers
• Allocate work based on maintenance schedules and project priorities
• Ensure installation maintenance testing and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems are performed according to approved drawings and procedures
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of motors MCCs control panels VFDs PLCs field instruments analyzers and control systems
• Ensure proper calibration of transmitters gauges control valves switches and other field instruments
• Verify cable routing cable termination earthing loop checking and functional testing
• Coordinate with Operations Mechanical Production QA QC and Engineering teams to execute maintenance and project activities
• Ensure all tools test equipment and calibration instruments are properly maintained and certified
• Monitor work quality productivity and adherence to project schedules
• Maintain daily work reports manpower allocation material usage and maintenance records
