Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. in the UAE seeks a Construction Section Head (E&I) to lead electrical and instrumentation teams on a major Oil & Gas project. The role demands strong leadership, HSE compliance, and delivery on complex EPC sites.

You will coordinate with sections, ensure resources, write method statements and JSA/FRA with HSE, and maintain quality and schedule in a dynamic, international environment. Middle East experience and English fluency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or instrumentation engineering.
• 5+ years as Section Head or Senior Engineer in Oil & Gas projects.
• Middle East experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Able to write method statements.
• Able to create JSA/FRA in coordination with HSE team.
• Experience with installation of cable, CCTV, Fire Fighting, F&G, ICSS/ESD, and related works.
• Experience with testing and commissioning procedures.

• Ensure crew is educated on HSE rules and compliant.
• Operate according to daily construction plan and schedule.
• Coordinate with other project sections to meet targets.
• Ensure resources are available on time.
• Identify problems and resolve them promptly.
• Provide technical documentation to the team.
• Request necessary resources, materials, tools timely.
• Maintain detailed work progress records.
• Engage with the Client’s representative on site.
• Ensure work meets required quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
