We’re seeking a high-performance Ecommerce Specialist with expertise across Amazon and Noon platforms to drive e-commerce growth through strategic advertising, data-backed optimization, and impactful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Advertising:
- Manage and optimize Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Noon Campaign Manager, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Video Ads, and Display Ads.
- Lead full-funnel advertising campaigns, including Amazon DSP, with measurable KPIs (ROAS, CTR, ACOS, TACOS).
- Plan campaign calendars aligned with product launches, peak seasons, and platform algorithms with daily/weekly/monthly performance audits.
- Identify ads fatigue, wasted spend, and product-specific ROAS drivers to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the brand and content team to A/B test creatives and optimize product page conversion.
Data & Sales Analysis:
- Analyze Amazon Business Reports, Vendor Central, and Noon Analytics to track ad impact on topline sales.
- Create automated dashboards or trackers (in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) to monitor organic vs. paid revenue, CPA, and impressions.
- Use insights to propose ad budget reallocation and identify scalable opportunities.
- Present actionable insights weekly to internal stakeholders and decision-makers.
Growth & Strategy:
- Identify high/low-performing SKUs and create growth roadmaps tailored by platform and category.
- Develop SKU-wise ROAS improvement strategies and recommend bundling, pricing, and positioning moves.
- Track competitor ads, promotions, and keyword positioning to maintain category edge.
- Liaise with content and creative teams to ensure ad creatives, videos, and lifestyle imagery are performance-ready and seasonally relevant.
- Support with product launches and event-specific campaigns (Prime Day, Ramadan, White Friday, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in Amazon Advertising (AMS, DSP) and Noon performance marketing.
- Proven expertise with Amazon Vendor Central (not just Seller Central).
- Strong analysis and business acumen with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards.
- Hands‑on experience using platform ads tools, keyword research, and bid strategy optimization.
- Deep understanding of Middle East e‑commerce platforms, customer behavior, and seasonality.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Experience handling high‑involvement consumer appliance or electronics brands is a strong plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in building Amazon A+ Content, Storefronts, and managing PDP optimization workflows.
- Worked with tools like Helium10.
- Exposure to cross‑border commerce or regional marketplace advertising is a bonus.
