Website Performance
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools, analyze user behavior, and generate reports to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance and stay informed on the latest e-commerce trends.
  • Assist in compiling all information to launch digital campaigns with online partners and obtaining approvals.
Product Catalogue Management
  • Monitoring the creation and publication of products across the different online platforms.
  • Assist in pushing best-sellers products based on performance and key indicators.
Stock Management
  • Understanding internal systems to monitor stock levels, raise purchase orders and assist in shipping products to the different online platforms.
  • Liaise with the logistics team to ensure product stock is covered in the region across online channels.
Candidates must
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or digital marketing.
  • 2 to 3 years work experience in E-commerce or Retail.
  • A dynamic, proactive, flexible, fast learner and committed to teamwork.
  • Have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to respect deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Data driven.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
