Qualifications

• Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Experience as waiter preferred; however, minimal work experience will be considered.
• Ability to multi-task effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a polite and friendly manner.
• Ensure that all orders are properly prepared.
• Serve the food and drinks promptly.
• Clear away used plates, glasses, etc.
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean and tidy at all times.
• Deal with customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist with cash handling procedures as required.
