Job summary

IFZA Dubai is seeking a creative Content Creator to support the development of engaging visual and video content across social platforms, campaigns, events, brand communications, and marketing initiatives. The role focuses on transforming ideas into visually appealing, platform-appropriate content while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Communications, Film Production, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in content creation, social media content, videography, video editing, or digital marketing.
• Candidate must provide a portfolio or show reel showcasing previous video, photo, social media, or campaign content.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, reels, short-form videos, social posts, stories, and promotional content.
• Shoot and edit videos, including interviews, event highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and corporate content.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional cameras or mobile equipment.
• Work closely with marketing, design, social media, and video production teams to execute content plans.
• Support content creation for events, activations, interviews, launches, internal communications, and external campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, transitions, audio trends, and platform best practices.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, visual identity, tone, and quality standards.
• Organize and manage content files, raw footage, edited videos, and creative assets.
• Assist in brainstorming new content ideas that improve engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats suitable for different platforms.
• Support motion graphics, text animation, subtitles, and video enhancements when required.
• Create performance focused Meta ad content, especially short form videos for Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Stories and Feed placements.
• Develop multiple creative variations for paid and organic campaigns, including hooks and visual angles.
• Produce image and video ads that capture attention and clearly communicate the key message, offer or value proposition.
