Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver lessons of the highest quality with rigour, engagement and creativity.
• Differentiate and adapt teaching to support every pupil’s academic and personal growth.
• Establish an inclusive, aspirational classroom culture with high expectations.
• Maintain a stimulating, well-resourced learning environment reflecting Harrow standards.
• Implement formative and summative assessments to recognise achievement and inform planning.
• Engage with curriculum design, cross-curricular initiatives and co-curricular life.
• Provide pastoral care and safeguard pupils, collaborating with House and wider school teams.
