Job summary

A prominent energy company in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah is seeking a young and energetic HR Assistant to support yard-based operations. Responsibilities include managing HR queries, coordinating with internal teams, handling payroll, and ensuring timely renewals of employee documents. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English is required, with Hindi and Malayalam preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a company of comparable size and industry.
  • Yard/site experience of handling a large workforce is preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and Malayalam preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support employees with HR queries and documentation.
  • Coordinate with medical, camp, and internal teams.
  • Handle leave management and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure timely renewal of visas, insurance, and gate passes.
  • Arrange vacation tickets for employees.

Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential)
Good communication in English
Knowledge of grievance handling

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in HR
