Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in French.
• B.Ed qualification.
• Distance and Open University qualifications are not accepted.
• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience with CBSE and IGCSE curricula.
• UAE teaching experience is preferred.
• Appropriate IT skills for teaching and professional responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the required French curriculum while maintaining accurate and current knowledge of the subject and curriculum expectations.
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that motivate students and encourage effective language learning.
• Select and prepare appropriate teaching materials and organise the classroom environment to accommodate different learning styles.
• Establish and maintain records covering curriculum plans, yearly plans, attendance, teaching resources, and assessment plans.
• Assess, record, and report students' academic development, progress, and attainment.
• Use assessment outcomes to adapt curriculum delivery to individual student needs.
• Monitor and promote students' general progress and well-being.
• Provide appropriate guidance to students on educational matters.
• Maintain an organised and supportive classroom environment that enables effective teaching and learning.
