Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (QFE Level 7) in Computing, Information Technology or related field, UAE equivalency.
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
• Non-native English speakers require IELTS 7 or higher.
• Preference for Academic Year 2026 start.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen subject-area expertise.
• Develop lesson plans to meet learning standards and grade-specific targets.
• Coordinate cross-class lesson plans to reinforce topics.
• Deliver direct and indirect instruction.
• Plan long- and short-term strategies addressing individual student needs.
• Prepare students for required assessments.
• Evaluate progress regularly.
• Prepare quarterly achievement reports for parents.
• Create an inviting, engaging learning environment.
• Maintain effective classroom management.
• Accept feedback and coaching from staff.
• Act as advisor to students, organize advisory groups, monitor progress.
• Support ADEK National Identity initiative implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
