We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Duty Manager to join the leadership team of a prestigious 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in luxury hotel operations, exceptional guest relations skills, and the ability to lead and support teams across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements
  • 3 years of experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a 5-star hotel or resort environment
  • Strong knowledge of front office, guest services, and overall hotel operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Professional appearance and exceptional guest service mindset
  • Proactive, organized, and solution‑driven personality
  • Knowledge of PMS systems
