Job summary

Capstone Contracting is seeking an experienced dumper driver to join our project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of proven dumper experience and holds a UAE heavy equipment license or can pass a practical test.

You will be responsible for loading, hauling and unloading materials safely, while working alongside excavators and loaders. A strong commitment to health and safety is essential, with willingness to work at different project sites across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience driving dumpers on construction or earthmoving projects.
• Valid UAE heavy equipment license preferred or ability to pass a practical test.
• Ability to load haul and unload materials safely (soil, sand, aggregates, debris).
• Familiarity with site roads, ramps and working alongside excavators and loaders.
• Knowledge of routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
• Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times.

Responsibilities

• Drive dumpers on project sites across the UAE.
