Job summary

Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of engineering experience and a strong background in wet utilities design, including potable water and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of field engineering experience, including at least 5 years in the Middle East.
• Strong background in master planning and infrastructure project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead wet utilities designs including potable water, firefighting, and irrigation networks.
• Strong understanding of authority regulations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure design development and oversee design services provided by internal teams.
• Ensure consistency in design outputs and compliance with required standards.
• Manage scope development, tendering processes, and procurement of consultants.
• Develop engineering scopes, reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead value engineering workshops and constructability reviews.
