Job summary

Kazamer Tax Consultant in Dubai is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support the handling, storage, and movement of office materials and assets. You will assist with receiving, stocking, and issuing items, maintain stock records, and ensure storage areas remain safe and organized.

The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures. Prior warehouse or logistics exposure is advantageous in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, logistics, or material handling is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of stock management and warehouse procedures.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move materials safely.
• Good attention to detail when checking items and documents.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming materials and supplies.
• Load and unload cartons, office equipment, furniture, and other items safely.
• Check quantities and item descriptions against delivery notes and related documents.
• Inspect received items for damage and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Sort, label, and arrange materials in designated storage areas.
• Maintain organized storage systems and keep areas clean.
• Assist with issuing office supplies, equipment, and materials to authorized staff.
• Maintain basic records of goods received, issued, transferred and returned.
• Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damaged items.
• Handle fragile equipment and valuable assets with care.
• Prepare materials for internal distribution or transportation.
• Coordinate with administration regarding material requirements.
• Assist with packing documents and items for transportation when required.
