Job summary

USS - Universal Security in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Security Guard for a full-time, on-site position. The role focuses on protecting property, controlling access, and responding to emergencies.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIRA Security Guard License, has basic English, good observation and communication skills, and is physically fit for shift work. UAE security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid SIRA Security Guard License.
• Physically fit and able to work shifts.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of fire and emergency procedures.
• Good communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Protect company property, employees, customers, and visitors.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points.
• Verify IDs, visitor passes, and access permissions.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Conduct regular patrols of the assigned premises.
• Identify and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security incidents.
• Maintain accurate security logs and prepare daily/incident reports.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies and alarms.
• Assist with fire emergencies, evacuations, and first-aid situations.
• Control vehicle and visitor movement within the premises.
• Maintain order and prevent unauthorized access, theft, damage, or other security violations.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, clients, and management.
• Follow company policies, UAE security regulations, and SIRA requirements.
• Maintain a professional appearance and remain alert throughout the duty period.
