Job summary

Workato is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Dubai to promote and sell its products, build strong customer relationships, and hit sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation and the ability to work independently, with a preference for Filipino nationals and English fluency.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting products, maintaining relationships, meeting targets, and staying updated on market trends.

Qualifications

• Filipino nationality preferred.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in English (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
• Willingness to learn about our products and industry.
• Valid UAE driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various channels.
• Present, promote and sell products using persuasive sales techniques.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the given timeframe.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.
