Job summary

Allocation Assist in Dubai seeks a Consultant or Specialist Robotic Urologist to join a leading healthcare provider. Western qualifications are preferred. You will deliver advanced urological care with robotic and minimally invasive techniques, managing oncology and reconstructive cases while contributing to multidisciplinary team care.

Requirements include MBBS or equivalent, Western Board Certification/CCT/Fellowship, and DHA licensure eligibility. GCC experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in robotic-assisted and minimally invasive urological procedures.
• Strong clinical acumen across a broad spectrum of urological diseases.
• Collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions.
• Perform robotic-assisted and minimally invasive urological procedures.
• Manage complex urological oncology, reconstructive, and benign cases.
• Provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and surgical care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to clinical governance, education, and CPD.
